I spent years working in healthcare and customer service, watching hardworking people navigate systems that were never designed to be simple. Small business owners were no different — brilliant at what they do, while their books quietly fell apart in the background. Not because they didn't care. Because nobody offered to just handle it.

I'm Gabi Myers, and that's exactly what I built MBS to do.

I started Myers Book Services because I wanted to work for myself, be present for my four boys, and do work that actually makes a difference for the people I serve. Those three things don't conflict — they're the whole point.

Here's what makes MBS different:

I don't hand your books off to a junior employee or disappear into a support ticket queue. When you work with MBS, you work with me — directly, personally, every time. I specialize in industries I know well: medical practices, real estate investors and agents, trades businesses, and equine and farrier operations. These aren't random niches. They're businesses with specific financial patterns, and knowing those patterns means I catch things a generalist would miss.

I work remotely, which means I can serve clients across the country, but I'm rooted right here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and I bring that Midwest work ethic to every client I take on.
